Unauthorised access to online accounts contravenes the Computer Misuse Act 1990 and may incur penalties as well as damages.
Do not misuse our web service; for example, do not interfere with our web services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and instructions that we provide. We may suspend or stop providing our Member Portal to you if you do not comply with our terms or policies or if we are investigating suspected misconduct.
Using the Member Portal does not give you ownership of any intellectual property rights in Member Portal or the content that you access. These terms do not grant you the right to use any branding or logos used. Do not remove, obscure or alter any legal notices displayed.
Member Portal is available on mobile devices. Do not use in a way that distracts you and prevents you from obeying traffic or safety laws.
To protect your Member Portal Account, keep your password confidential. You agree not to provide your username and or your password to any other person or organisation. You are responsible for the activity that happens on or through your account. Try not to reuse your Member Portal Account password on third party applications. If you suspect either of the above have been compromised you will need to amend your security settings for access immediately.
